Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clinic partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
* Identify new business opportunities within your territory and expand the clinic network
* Deliver in-clinic product training and support to help partners achieve consistent treatment results
* Collaborate with clinics to develop marketing initiatives, patient events, and promotional campaigns that increase awareness and bookings
* Monitor account performance, analyse sales data, and provide regular business reviews with actionable insights
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and technical teams to ensure seamless support and brand alignment
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
About You
* Experienced within the medical aesthetics (sales, clinic management, training, marketing)
* Commercially minded with a consultative, partnership-based approach to client relationships
* Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively in a field-based role
