To support their people division, they are looking to recruit a
HR Business Partner on a 2-year FTC
to drive a culture of continuous improvement at their Distribution Centre. This is the most senior HR role onsite and supports a permanent headcount of 650 people, which increases substantially during their peak season. They have a positive, forward-thinking culture and would suit an HR leader with the capability to;

As this role is so operationally focussed where building relationships is critical, the HRBP will be required to be onsite at the distribution centre in Herefordshire four days a week. The package is highly competitive, with a basic salary of up to £75k, plus a potential bonus of 40%.
