About the IMA-HOME Creative team:
We are an autonomous, cross-functional creative team driven by people, not process. We think independently and work collectively to generate and deliver creative solutions in any space, on any screen. Our work isn’t just world-class but also meaningful and lasting in the real world.
Summary of the role
We are looking for an ‘ideas-first’ team member with a passion for words and connecting brands with audiences in innovative ways. Working as part of a team and as an extension of client’s internal teams, you will challenge the brief and convention, delivering work that exceeds expectations, with industry-leading ideas, world-class experiences, and best-in-class creative quality.
Responsibilities of the Senior Creative Team include:
* Leading creative projects from concept to delivery, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation
* Ensuring high-quality output from concept to final delivery
* Maintaining strong relationships with senior members, including Creative Directors and in-agency teams
* Elevating the department’s creative output by pushing boundaries and maximizing team potential
* Focusing briefs on ‘idea first’ principles and leading campaign opportunities
* Strategically inputting into how creativity and copy can be optimized across all deliverables and channels
If this sounds like your cup of tea, apply here to become our next Senior Creative Team member.
Please note, this role requires regular presence at our Northern offices.
No recruitment agencies please.
