Head of Finance – Bicester/Hybrid

Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
* Oversee group consolidations across multiple entities and international jurisdictions
* Manage audits, statutory accounts and relationships with external advisors
* Strengthen financial controls, processes and ERP governance across the business
* Drive automation and process improvements to support future growth
Experience Required
* ACA or CIMA qualified with strong post-qualified industry experience
* Proven background managing multi-entity consolidations and international reporting
* Experience improving finance systems, controls and operational processes
