Those Huge Small Victories
Our Teaching Assistants are fulfilled by making even the smallest positive changes in our young people. We celebrate these small wins, which we call 'huge small victories'. While they may seem minor, they contribute significantly to our students' progress.
Get out what you put in
You will work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your role is to support their learning, help develop their abilities, and boost their self-esteem. Resilience and dedication are essential, and the achievements you make will be a source of pride.
Although the journey can be challenging, the positive progress will make it worthwhile. As a Teaching Assistant at Witherslack Group, you will receive full support, work alongside highly skilled colleagues, and be in well-resourced environments, helping you build a rewarding career in education.
