Are you a hands-on, experienced trades-person looking for a varied and rewarding role?
We're looking for a Maintenance Manager / Multi-Skilled Trades-person to join our team covering properties across Leicestershire. You'll be responsible for attending flats and apartments to carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance jobs no two days are the same!
From burst pipes to tiling, painting, fitting skirting, and more if you're someone who can turn their hand to a variety of tasks and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
Attending residential flats/apartments to carry out general repairs and maintenance
Tasks can range from plumbing and carpentry to decorating and tiling
Working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Being part of an on-call rota (1 weekend in every 3), paid at time and a half
Earning overtime (paid at time and a half) for any extra hours worked outside of call-outs
Using a company-provided tablet to check and manage job appointments
✅ What You'll Need:
A trade background - plumbing, carpentry, decorating, tiling, or similar
A proactive, can-do attitude and a practical, problem-solving mindset
Experience working in occupied or residential properties preferred
A valid UK driving licence (company van provided)
Willingness to undergo a DBS check as part of the onboarding process
