Working alongside the Service Manager, you will guide, motivate and support a dedicated team while also playing an active role in providing high quality, person centred care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.</p><p>This is more than a leadership role - its an opportunity to shape a positive, empowering environment where people can thrive.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead, mentor and develop a strong support team</li><li>Carry out staff supervisions, interviews and ongoing coaching</li><li>Promote exceptional, person centred support and positive risk taking
</li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues, professionals and the people we support</li><li>Maintain accurate records and use IT systems confidently</li><li>Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality and dignity</li></ul><h3>What Were Looking For</h3><ul><li>Experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker</li><li>NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred</li><li>Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills</li><li>A genuine passion for empowering people to live rich, independent lives</li></ul><p>If youre an experienced Support Worker looking for that next step, well provide the development, training and mentorship to help you succeed.</p><h3>Shift Pattern</h3><p>Varied shifts available - flexible on hours but alternative weekends.</p><p>Service operates long day shifts of <b>12 or 14 hours</b>, typically between <b>8am and 10pm</b>.
