Role Overview:
* Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with additional learning needs
* Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons and adapting resources
* Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Help monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
* Work collaboratively as part of the school team to promote inclusive education

Who We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar educational support role
* Understanding of SEN and effective support strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, patient, and passionate about helping children learn and grow
* Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
