SpecificDuties:TheAMwillbespecificallyresponsiblefor:

* development,maintenanceandimplementationofapersoncentredcareplanforeach ServiceUser
* personaldeliveryofphysicalandmentalcaretoServiceUsers
* safeguardingtherightsanddignityofeachServiceUser
* routineassessmentandcommunicationofServiceUserdevelopmenttointerestedstakeholders
* effectivecontrolofServiceUserfinancialsandhousebudgets
* fosteringofapositiveenvironmentinwhichServiceUsersandstaffactivelyengage
* regularconductofopenandtransparenttwo-waycommunicationwithServiceUsersandstaff
* maintainingthecleanliness,quality,securityandsafetyofeachhomeandindividualserviceuseraccommodation
* provisionofmanagementandsupervisiontosubordinatestaff
* activelyengageinperformanceanddisciplinemanagementtomaximisestaffperformanceandassurecompliancewithcompanyprocedures
* conductofstafftrainingneedsanalysisandtheco-ordinationanddeliveryoftrainingandprofessionaldevelopmenttomaximisestaffcompetence

Qualifications:Thefollowingqualification,skillsandexperiencearerequiredforthisrole:
NVQLevel4inLeadershipandManagementinSocialCare(orequivalent)withaminimumoftwoyearsexperienceatAssistantManagerorTeamLeaderlevelwithinacaresetting;and
AbilitytopassCCSMIPTrainingwithin12monthsofappointmentdate;and
NVQLevel3inHealthandSocialCarewithaminimumofthreeyearsexperienceofcare-working
