Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Software Developer to design and deliver innovative, high-quality applications. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle collaborating within a distributed Agile team.

* 5+ years of hands-on programming experience with Microsoft .NET and C#.
* Strong experience with database design and SQL development.
* Solid understanding of modern engineering practices.
* Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop application features based on business requirements.
* Own the full stack of application functionality with support from specialized technical experts when needed.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Ensure robust unit and integration test coverage for all deliverables.
* Conduct peer code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
* Debug and troubleshoot issues in both development and production environments.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
* Continuously improve code through refactoring, performance tuning, and optimization.
* Collaborate with Testers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
* Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
