What you’ll contribute
* Create lessons that last – Using a tailored learning approach and our smart learning tool, Compass, you will empower members to overcome challenges and see progress. Your lessons will be pivotal in unlocking their potential.
* Create lasting relationships – Small group sessions run at a 1:6 ratio allow you to build strong connections with children and inspire them to be fearless in their learning.
* Create change – You will support members as they progress through the national curriculum, the 11+ entrance exam and GCSE preparation, celebrating achievements and measurable progress.

* Teaching scope – Tutor small groups of children aged 4‑16 covering the national curriculum, 11+ entrance exam and GCSE content.

* Long‑term commitment – The role is best suited to those seeking stability for the children you’ll work with.
* Contract – You will work at least 6 hours a week over two different days, with start times between 3:30 pm and 4 pm on weekdays.
Pay rates & progression
* Under 18: £8.00
* 18‑20: £10.05
* 21+: £12.25
* +50p per hour for work inside the M25
You will be paid for all training and inductions.
Earn more as you progress
You will start on the base rate for your age group and may earn an annual increase based on hours tutored.

Requirements
* Grade 5 or above in Maths & English at GCSE (or predicted grades within 3 months).
* Age 16 or over and right to work in the UK.
