If you're motivated by purpose, excited by innovation and want to be part of something genuinely meaningful, Bay's Kitchen is the place for you.
The Role
The Social Media & Community Executive will play a key role in growing Bay's Kitchen's online presence, engagement and community across all social platforms. This is a brilliant role for someone highly creative, organised and hungry to learn. Working closely with the marketing team, you'll help shape and deliver standout content, manage day-to-day activity across our channels, keep an eye on performance and contribute to bigger brand campaigns. If you love social media, storytelling and being part of a fast-moving foodie brand, you'll thrive here.

* This is your chance to get creative and deliver on-brand daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
* Create short-form videos, reels, stories, graphics and written captions tailored to each channel - showcasing gut-friendly recipes, educational gut-health content, supporting new grocery launches and bringing our products to life.
* Develop standout, scroll-stopping content ideas - from clever out-of-the-box concepts to entertaining brand collaborations and partnership moments.
* Maintain the social content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and channel coverage.
* Support campaign planning by brainstorming ideas, researching trends and contributing to creative briefs that help drive our gut-health mission forward.
Community Management

• Proactively engage with consumers, influencers and partner accounts to grow our reach and build a warm, positive brand presence.
* Manage and nurture relationships with micro-influencers and ambassadors, turning them into genuine advocates for our gut-friendly mission.
* Champion our community - our customers are everything to us, and delivering thoughtful, friendly and timely support is a non-negotiable part of the role. You'll help foster a space where people feel supported, understood and excited about Bay's Kitchen. Insight, Reporting & Performance
• Track channel performance weekly and monthly, reporting on key metrics like engagement, reach, follower growth, content performance and audience insights - helping us understand what's resonating with our gut-friendly community.
* Keep a close eye on competitor activity and platform trends, sharing smart learnings that inspire future content and keep us ahead of the curve.
* Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to spot optimisation opportunities and help us continually improve how we show up online. Wider Marketing Support
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to bring product launches, brand campaigns, PR moments and retailer activations to life - helping us create buzz and excitement across our community.
