<div><h3>Event Coordinator – Aston Clinton</h3><p>We are recruiting for a permanent role within the events fulfilment team of a national, award‑winning e‑commerce business in Aston Clinton. The successful candidate will join a busy, close‑knit team that coordinates and delivers events and client orders across the UK.</p><p>In this role, work will vary from desk‑based order handling and system updates to supporting operational teams and managing last‑minute changes. The position requires strong administration, coordination, communication and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift.</p><h3>Working hours and location</h3><ul><li>Monday‑Friday, 9 am to 5 pm</li><li>Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day working from home following probation</li><li>Must be able to commute to Aston Clinton daily</li></ul><h3>Salary</h3><p>Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Handle day‑to‑day orders via the online ordering system</li><li>Manage client calls and emails professionally and promptly</li><li>Coordinate deliveries, collections, drivers and external crews</li><li>Plan driver routes and daily job costings</li><li>Maintain and update internal systems for stock control, equipment locations and inventory tracking</li><li>Support event coordination and ensure logistics are delivered smoothly</li><li>Produce H&S reports, risk assessments and method statements</li><li>Complete customer stock reports as required</li><li>Ensure all costs and reporting are completed accurately for the finance team within deadlines</li><li>Support general administration and wider business projects when needed</li><li>Liaise closely with warehouse teams to ensure orders and events are fulfilled correctly</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, drivers and external contractors</li></ul><h3>Candidate Requirements</h3><ul><li>Previous administration or coordination experience essential</li><li>Experience in events, logistics, scheduling or operations a significant bonus</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills required</li><li>Highly organised, adept at multitasking and problem solving</li><li>Can‑do attitude and willingness to engage across different business areas</li><li>Good IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel</li></ul></div>
