Painting Surveyor required ROMNEY As a Painting Surveyor, you will be expected to hit the ground running, taking financial and operational control of multiple projects from inception through to final account. The position is split 50/50 between site and office and requires travel across the region. Key responsibilities include: •Pricing works using NHF schedules of rates •Estimating project costs and setting clear financial targets •Preparing monthly CVRs and managing financial reporting •Raising purchase orders, invoicing, and ensuring full commercial control •Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and direct labour teams •Ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget expectations •Taking full financial responsibility for assigned contracts What We’re Looking For: •A team player with a strong work ethic and eye for detail •Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar surveying or estimating role •Proven experience in the social housing, leisure, education, or defence sectors is essential •Ability to manage multiple projects and financial responsibilities from day one •Willingness to travel across the region as required Send CV to apply
