We are currently recruiting for a fantastic company in the Halesowen area seeking for a receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a drive to learn and complete tasks.
Job Responsibilities
1. Answer external and internal calls to direct to correct departments.
2. Welcome and greet visitors/Clients at reception.
3. Check client documentation upon arrival.
4. Monitor and arranging appointments.
5. Receive and respond to emails.
6. Organise incoming mail and paperwork.
7. Administration support to the business
8. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
9. Assist Colleagues on certain projects providing administration skills
10. Update departments with client information through email and phone calls.
