Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist:
1. Collaborate on residential and urban regeneration projects across all RIBA stages.
2. Produce detailed technical drawings and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.
3. Assist in the development of sustainable, high-quality architectural solutions.
4. Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit would be desirable.
6. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and sustainable design principles.
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
