Rated Outstanding by the CQC, we’re proud of our strong values, exceptional staff retention, and commitment to empowering the people we support to live fulfilling, independent lives.
We’re now recruiting a Team Leader to join our growing team, inspiring, guiding, and developing dedicated support workers to provide high-quality care in supported living and community-based settings.
About the Role
As a Team Leader with CJP, you’ll be responsible for both the day-to-day delivery of support and the operational leadership of your team. This role combines hands-on support work with leadership duties to ensure that every individual we support receives consistent, person-centred, and high-quality care.
You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager, PBS Specialists, and Clinical Leads to ensure care plans are up-to-date, risks are well-managed, and staff are trained and confident in supporting individuals safely and respectfully.

* Actively contribute to service development and quality improvement projects.
* Build strong, professional relationships with families, social workers, and other external professionals.
* Participate in the on-call rota, sleep-ins, and occasional weekend shifts as part of a flexible leadership approach.
