Windows 11 Rollout/Deployment IT Support EngineerBradford6 months+£160 per day (Inside IR35)
A Roll out/Deployment IT Support Engineer is required for our public sector client based in Bradford to support the Windows 11 deployment project. This is a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition, minimising disruption and maintaining high standards of patient care and data security.
Key Responsibilities
* Deploy and configure Windows 11 across a variety of devices and departments.
* Provide hands-on support to end-users during and after the rollout.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to the upgrade.
* Migrate user data and ensure application compatibility.
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with digital standards and security protocols.
* Maintain accurate documentation of deployment progress and technical issues.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Windows 10/11 deployment projects.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, or similar tools.
* Experience working in a healthcare or public sector environment (NHS experience highly desirable).
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider IT team.
