What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Logistics Coordinator
* Coordinating UK and international shipments using road, sea, and air freight
* Preparing and managing export documentation, customs paperwork, and compliance requirements
* Working with freight forwarders and carriers to manage rates, services, and shipment performance
* Tracking consignments, resolving delays, and acting as the key point of contact for shipping issues
* Managing domestic deliveries, returns, damage claims, and internal stock movements
* Producing shipping reports and maintaining accurate logistics records and systems
What you’ll bring to the table as a Logistics Coordinator
* Previous experience within logistics, shipping, export, or supply chain operations
* Strong working knowledge of customs processes and international trade documentation
* Experience liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, and domestic transport providers
* Confidence using ERP systems and shipment tracking tools
* Exposure to hazardous goods, IATA or IMDG certification, or e-commerce logistics (desirable)
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (a part-time arrangement of 25 hours per week can also be considered).
