Office Support | Central London | Immediate Start | £15 - £18 per hour
Our client, a highly regarded professional services firm based in Central London, is looking for a polished and proactive individual to join them on a temporary basis.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office environment. You will support across administration, team coordination, front-of-house, and day-to-day office operations, making you a key part of the wider business.

The Role
* Providing administrative support to busy teams and senior staff
* Managing diaries, meeting bookings and calendars
* Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors professionally
* Supporting reception and front-of-house duties where required
* Preparing documents, presentations and reports
* Updating systems, databases and spreadsheets
* Assisting with general office coordination and ad hoc tasks
About You
* Must have work experience within a corporate office environment
* Graduate, secretarial qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Confident IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, energetic and eager to help
* Professional presentation and communication skills
* Positive team player with a flexible attitude
