The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead and grow commercial activity within a fast-moving energy consultancy. In this senior, client-facing role, you’ll drive business development, build and maintain strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that help businesses optimise energy use, secure competitive electricity, gas, and water contracts, manage compliance, and implement efficiency and renewable initiatives. You’ll also oversee sales across procurement, metering, and carbon reduction services, while inspiring and developing your team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
What We’re Looking For
* A dynamic, hands-on sales leader with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
* Experience selling consultancy or energy-related services, ideally within the Energy & Utilities sector.
* Recent experience leading, coaching, and motivating a sales team.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to position complex energy solutions that deliver real value to clients.
