Our Care Professionals are carefully matched with clients and introduced in advance, ensuring familiarity, trust, and continuity. At one of our other branches, one of our team members had supported the same client for over 10 years - something we’re incredibly proud of!
Every day is different, but your role could include:
1. Providing companionship and emotional support
2. Preparing meals and helping with daily routines
3. Assisting with medication and personal care
4. Supporting clients living with conditions such as dementia or those recovering from a stroke
5. Assisting with clinical needs, such as changing compression stockings or supporting with catheter care
You’ll help people continue living safely and comfortably in the place they know best - their own home.

Don’t worry if you don’t have previous care experience or haven't worked in the sector for a while - our Care Skills Academy offers industry-leading training, mentoring, and qualifications to help you become an exceptional Care Professional.
What We Offer:
6. Competitive pay from £12.50 - £25 per hour
7. Paid travel time at £12.21 per hour

What We’re Looking For:
14. Warm, empathetic and dependable individuals with a passion for helping others
15. Regular availability covering either mornings, lunchtimes, tea times or evenings - part-time or full-time - but you must be able to work every other weekend
16. Aged 18 or over
17. Driver with access to your own vehicle, as we cover a rural area
