The Opportunity:
We’re currently working with a progressive and modern law firm that is looking to expand its Litigation team with the appointment of a Property Litigation Solicitor or an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal. This is a fully remote position with a forward-thinking, tech-enabled practice that puts flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality client service at its core.

You’ll be exposed to a varied caseload of residential and commercial property litigation matters and have the chance to take genuine ownership of your files and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage or assist on a caseload of property litigation matters including:
Landlord and tenant disputes
Possession proceedings
Rent arrears and service charge disputes
Lease renewals and forfeiture actions
Boundary and rights of way issues
Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence
Provide clear, commercially-focused legal advice to a broad client base
Conduct legal research and stay abreast of property litigation developments
Work collaboratively with the wider litigation and property teams
About You:
A Qualified Solicitor (1+ PQE) or experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience in property litigation
Solid understanding of civil procedure rules and relevant housing/land law
Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident in working remotely with good self-discipline and time management
Proficient with legal technology and remote working tools
