Job Description

You will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for managing business development for the Power Division, focusing on key client growth and the development of new business and client contracts.

Your duties include retaining existing clients and onboarding new clients in regulated and non-regulated power markets, ensuring effective interaction with operational teams. You will manage stakeholder relationships across the region, support the Sales Director, maintain current CRM data, and ensure the sales team meets targets aligned with the division's annual budget and strategic goals.

Your New Role

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Management of Key Account Plans & Strategy
2. Prioritize and develop relationships with existing and new clients
3. Cross-sell across all business units


About You

Qualifications & Professional Memberships:

* A Level or equivalent

Knowledge & Experience:

* Experience in key account management and regional ownership

Skills & Personal Qualities:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Teams & SharePoint
* High standards and a positive safety culture
* Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders and clients
* Ability to act strategically and tactically to achieve performance and growth targets
* Proven relationship-building skills to open new business opportunities
* Leadership experience and a team-oriented mindset
* Constructive challenge and continuous improvement focus
* Flexibility and agility in delivering stakeholder expectations
* Attention to detail and accuracy
