Receptionist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced receptionist to join the school as part of a professional team delivering a first-class service.
This is a key role within school with it being the first point of call for visitors and incoming telephone enquiries. You will provide a warm, friendly and efficient service at all times, answering and dealing with incoming calls, transferring calls and email queries to the appropriate personnel, meeting and greeting visitors and carrying out a range of general clerical and administrative work. An ability to deal with people at all levels will be paramount and these may include staff, parents and students in addition to the many other external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess a commitment to the highest levels of customer service, organisational flair and well-developed communication skills along with excellent attention to detail. The successful applicant should be proficient at working on their own initiative as well as part of a team and have the ability to remain calm and focused at particularly busy times. In-house training on various software packages used by the school will be provided where necessary.
We are a very friendly, down to earth school with a diverse student population. We welcome applications from all sections of the community.

Interviews will be held during w/c 1 September.
We are committed to safeguarding children in all aspects of recruitment and selection. The appointment will be subject to pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check.
