As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets; drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control; create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues; and ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
