Responsibilities
* Provide analysis covering all areas of P&L and key performance metrics.
* Assist in the preparation of business plans and forecasts.
* Track plans and performance against budgets and forecasts.
* Develop strong relationships with operating leaders, providing a robust link between operations and finance.
* Drive financial results via data analysis, including key trends, variance analysis, and development of financial models for decision support.
* Produce weekly KPI reporting and analysis of the figures.
* Produce accurate financial information for various stakeholders across the business.
* Willingness to travel where necessary.
* Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Exemplary analytic skills – both qualitative and quantitative; ability to solve practical problems and analyze processes for improvement.
* Strong Excel (must have!) and Power BI skills.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Self‑starter with the ability to work on own initiative, meet deadlines, and seek help when necessary.
* Positive attitude and an inquisitive mind, with a range of communication styles to engage stakeholders and senior leaders.
* Credibility and integrity with commercial awareness, aiming to do the right thing for business, team members and customers.
* Comfortable in challenging, confronting, and solving difficult situations while maintaining solid internal and external relationships.
* Balanced decision‑making with credible contributions beyond financial analysis.
Working Conditions
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (flexible based on 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working options). Competitive starting salary to be discussed at screening.
