As a result of strong business growth, industry-leading product development in the biosensor business and a long-term commitment to high volume manufacturing in our Witney Centre of Excellence, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Operations Engineering team.

The role of the Project Engineer will focus on managing, developing and performing process equipment validations for our bespoke machines used to manufacture and test our medical devices. You will provide technical project management input, and become an engineering point of contact working in wider project teams. You will be able to own project tasks and deliverables, responsible and committed to ensure that agreed project deliverables meet the requirements. You will manage complex capital projects with suppliers and subcontractors (including occasional site visits), collaborating with different stakeholders across the business in an inclusive and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

* Manage, develop and perform process equipment validations for bespoke machines used to manufacture and test medical devices.
* Provide technical project management input and act as an engineering point of contact within wider project teams.
* Own project tasks and deliverables, ensuring they meet requirements.
* Manage complex capital projects with suppliers and subcontractors, including occasional site visits.
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business in an inclusive and dynamic environment.


Qualifications

* Degree level education in an Engineering discipline.
* Proven experience in Project Engineering.
* Thirst for problem solving, interest in automated machinery, and an inquisitive mind to explore technical opportunities.
* Ability to follow procedures and create accurate documents and records of work in a highly regulated industry.
* Willingness to share experience with other team members and act as a role model/mentor.
