As a Recruiter you will: Generate business through outbound sales and business development; you will be a natural peoples person with a flair for developing and maintaining excellent relationships. Able to work in a busy and demanding office environment Manage client accounts daily Generate candidates by sourcing using top job boards and local candidate attraction methods Interview candidates and maintain recruitment administration Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients Hold client meetings face to face full driving license ESSENTIAL.
