Emyr Pierce Solicitors are looking to recruit an experienced
Legal Assistant/Audio Typist
to join our busy team in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities
* Use digital dictation systems for accurate audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
* Handle incoming calls, take messages, and deal professionally with clients and third parties
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
* Provide full administrative support to our legal professionals, including drafting, filing, and general office duties
Requirements
* Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within a law firm
* Experience in conveyancing would be an advantage
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software
* Strong dictation and audio typing skills are essential
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
Salary
Salary will be dependent on experience.
