Are you an experienced Part Time Bookkeeper looking for a part time role? What will you be doing as a Part Time Bookkeeper?
* Working in the office 3 days a week you will be carrying out a full and varied accounting role. Duties will include:
* Purchase and Sales Ledger
* Expenses
* Invoicing and processing payments
* Updating general ledgers to produce the balance sheet and income statement
* Dealing with CIS payments for subcontractors
* VAT returns
* Bank and credit card reconciliation
* Credit control, chasing outstanding debtors
* Month End and Year End reports and liaising with the accountants at Year End
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
* A background in a similar Bookkeeper role
* Able to commit to 3 days a week on an ongoing basis
* Confident using Sage Line 50
* Comfortable using Word, Excel and Email
* Experience using Xero would be interesting but not essential
* Experience of dealing with CIS payments would also be useful but is not a requirement as this can be taught
