They are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis to support one of their business units with a headcount of c2500 employees. The Role You will bring your previous experience in a HR Business Partner role within a similar industry (manufacturing and production) and partner closely with the business to provide seamless HR support. Your responsibilities: Partner with senior key stake holders (MD's and SLT) across the sites UK wide, leading all HR initiatives You will work as part of the HR Business Partnering team to establish a people focussed and adaptable people strategy and deliver projects based on the priorities. Management of all workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, L&D and reward frameworks - a truly generalist approach. Management of HR data reporting, establishing a strategy and focus based on the findings Responsible for all escalated ER casework for your business unit Roll out employee engagement surveys to understand the needs and wants to ensure a tailored HR function that is fit for purpose. A successful application will have: 3-5 years' experience as a HR Business Partner within a multisite blue-collar (ideally manufacturing and production) environment Capable of building strong and lasting relationships with senior management Previous experience managing change and business transformation, talent development and talent management strategies Able to commute to the office (Warwickshire) or sites 3 days a week
