The governing body wishes to appoint a skilled and highly motivated person to support a specific pupil with their learning needs in our Learning Resource Centre classroom. Our Learning Resource Centre has recently been extended from 12 to 24 places and is a complex needs unit for pupils with ASC, speech, language, behavioural and emotional needs.
The successful candidate will join two teachers, one of whom is our school's Additional Learning Needs Coordinator, as well as a Higher‑Level Teaching Assistant and four other Teaching Assistants in working within the LRC at Tenby Primary School. You will work with the ALNCo, headteacher and staff to ensure excellent support for our pupils.
Our school is based in the beautiful seaside town of Tenby; a wonderful setting in which to work and educate our pupils.
We can offer a warm, nurturing school community, underpinned by a strong family and Christian ethos; the support of a hardworking, committed team of staff and governors, and happy children who are keen to learn.
The successful candidate will be employed as soon as possible on a fixed‑term basis until 31 December 2026, or later if further funding is allocated to the school.
