DCS Technology in partnership with our client who are a Microsoft Gold Partner consultancy we are searching for a Sales Development Consultant to join their team during a very exciting time. You will be critical in generating sales leads for a fast paced and successful sales team!
Your responsibilities day to day will be:
Execute multi-channel outreach and prospecting campaigns to engage decision-makers.
Proactively generate new sales opportunities
Utilise CRM lead scoring models to prioritise outreach and maximise engagement.
Conduct in-depth research to understand prospect challenges and tailor messaging accordingly.
Maintain accurate CRM records and a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy.
Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market insights to support continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
2-4 years' experience in Sales Development
Proven success generating leads through multi-channel outbound prospecting.
Strong understanding of managing the sales funnel from data sourcing through to sales conversion.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, and platform such as Dynamics/D365.
Understanding of or experience within the Not-for-Profit (NP) sector. (Highly advantageous)
