Overview
First Military Recruitment is seeking a Contract Manager on behalf of one of our clients. The successful candidate will typically work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements across activities.
* Lead and manage tenders, including bidding, presentations, and mobilization.
* Provide updates on Technical Services delivery to Senior Management & Clients.
* Summarize complex technical information for appropriate responses.
* Identify opportunities to expand and improve service delivery.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting SLA & KPI targets.
* Manage customer relations, including client meetings and prompt response to inquiries.
* Conduct site visits, assess risks, liaise with contractors, and gather information for quotations.
* Implement Quality, Safety, and Environmental processes.
* Review and issue risk assessments, method statements, and work permits.
* Monitor active jobs, ensuring planning and escalation procedures are followed.
* Prepare operational and performance data for client reports.
* Assist in managing and leading the Hard Services division, including workload allocation, performance management, and team support.
Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years’ experience in Contract Management for Hard Services within the FM industry.
* Technical background in M&E preferred.
* Effective prioritization, planning, and organizational skills.
* Proven project management experience.
* Experience managing budgets and project finances.
* Operational contract management experience.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills across all business levels.
* High standards and a determined attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of CAFM systems.
