Learning at Royal London is evolving. Following a full review of our learning model, we launched the Royal London Learning Academy and established a dedicated in-house L&D team to deliver a simpler, more accessible learning experience that supports empowered development and future‑ready skills.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented L&D Administrator with a can‑do attitude to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in keeping learning operations running smoothly – you’ll manage training logistics (internal and external), maintain learning experience through our Learning Management System (SAP, LMS), resolve queries, and ensure learning is smooth, accessible, and aligned to business needs.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to grow your career while helping others grow theirs - we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
* Act as the first point of contact for L&D-related queries, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
* Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programmes, including logistics, room bookings, and calendar management.
* Maintain and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate data entry and seamless user experience.
* Support the L&D team with general administrative tasks, including purchase order tracking and invoice processing.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers to promote learning opportunities and manage programme logistics.
* Capture and manage learning data to support reporting and insights that inform talent and capability development.
About you
* Previous experience in an HR or L&D administrative role is desirable.
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally SAP SuccessFactors, is advantageous.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Comfortable working with data to support reporting and insights; numerate and commercially aware.
