We are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our client’s estate agency team in a Property Sales Negotiator role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in countryside residential property and a professional, customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiating property sales and progressing transactions
* Taking client instructions and preparing property details
* Conducting viewings and providing feedback to vendors
* Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
* Booking and following up on valuations
* Managing enquiries both in person and over the telephone
* Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
* Providing general administrative and office support as required
Skills and Experience:
* Previous estate agency or property sales experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Professional and well-presented manner
* Confident computer skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload
* A proactive, customer-focused attitude
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000, depending on experience
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8.45am – 5.30pm
* Saturdays: 8.45am – 1.00pm (usually alternate Saturdays) A day off in lieu will be provided when afternoon viewings are conducted
* 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
