We're looking for a Head of Sales to lead a 25 person sales function and continue to deliver serious growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you'll bring backbone, pace, and accountability to a talented high performing team. What You'll Do Lead & develop a multi-channel sales teams across inbound, outbound, account management, cross-sell, retention and product sales Drive revenue growth, sales performance and commercial targets Build daily sales rhythm: call discipline, conversion tracking, pipeline accuracy Improve cross-sell, up-sell and first-call conversion across all teams Challenge under performance and reset expectations where needed Deliver structured sales coaching, training and performance plans Utilise Microsoft CRM and Power BI to drive sales behaviours and decision-making Work closely with Digital, Finance, Business Performance and senior leadershipWhat We're Looking For 3 years' senior sales leadership (Head of Sales, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager) Proven track record of hitting targets and driving commercial growth Strong leadership presence, confident and disciplined Able to raise performance standards and deliver behavioural change High energy, fast-paced, and not "coasting" you bring momentum Strong coaching skills and experience in structured sales management Comfortable challenging established habits and pushing for excellenceWhat You'll Get £60,000-£62,000 basic salary 12% bonus Company car allowance (£6,240 p/a) Strong benefits package Multi-award-winning, high-margin, high-retention business Full autonomy to lead, challenge and elevate performanceIf you're a driven, commercial, high-energy Sales Leader who loves targets, discipline, and delivering results, we'd love to chat
