We are currently working in partnership with a construction consultancy in south east London, who are initiallylooking to appoint a Marketing Assistant on a 9-month FTC and the role could go permanent. This will be a part-time position, working 3 days a week and hybrid after probation. The salary is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum FTE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of providing generalist administration and ideally have a marketing background. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Working with the team to help reach the companys marketing goals and objectives Preparing marketing materials including social media posts, website updates, leaflets, brochures, etc. Assisting with work across other disciplines within the practice as directed by senior management Taking a proactive approach to bids/tenders and seeking new client opportunities Developing and maintaining a company-wide client list and contacts, including knowledge of current frameworks/expiry dates Providing administrative support to the team and senior staff efficiently and effectively Assisting with cover for phone and front office tasks, including answering phones, providing admin support, and assisting with accounts tasks Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Social media posting Issuing letters/submitting applications Compliance and due diligence Rewards and Benefits: 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Staff profit share scheme Company pension scheme Health cash plan Payment of professional fees (up to one professional body) Life cover Flexible working week Working hours : 24 hours per week Monday and 2 other days a week, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
