IT Service Desk Analyst (1st–2nd Line Support)
I’m currently working with a well-established organisation that’s looking to add an IT Service Desk Analyst to its growing IT team.
You’ll be joining a busy Service Desk environment, acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and playing a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.
The role
* Providing first-line support via phone, in person, and onsite at the head office
* Logging and managing incidents and requests through the ITSM system
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently, with a focus on first-time fixes
* Escalating complex issues with clear and detailed documentation
* Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal users and external partners
Technical skills
* Microsoft Windows 10/11
* Microsoft Office 365
* Active Directory
* Group Policy
* SCCM
