Key Responsibilities
* Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional solutions.
* Configure and implement D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Provide end-user training and support during deployment and post-go-live.
* Document functional specifications and maintain project documentation.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring best practices and optimal use of D365 CE.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant.
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications and Power Platform.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230, MB-240) are highly desirable.
