NES Fircroft are supporting our client a leading Oil & Gas operator in the search for a Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer to join the team at Wytch Farm, Dorset.
This role focuses on ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of static equipment across a high-hazard oil & gas asset, working closely with key stakeholders and regulatory standards (PSSR, PSR, COMAH).
🔧 Key responsibilities:
* Integrity management of static equipment and pipelines
* Review/approval of MOC, designs, specs, and vendor documentation
* Pipeline risk assessments and annual integrity reviews
* KPI reporting and cathodic protection monitoring
* Corrosion management, RBI/CUI strategy, and failure investigation
🎓 Requirements:
* Mechanical Engineering degree (essential)
* Strong knowledge of UK pressure systems legislation
* API/EEMUA & CEng (desirable)
* Strong communication and stakeholder skills
* UK driving licence
* Able to work on site Mon-Fri
