What We’re Looking For
* A natural leader who thrives in a team environment
* Strong customer service experience (sales background is a bonus, but not essential)
* Ideally exposure to manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counters—but full training is provided
* Hands-on managers who enjoy supporting their team while staying connected with customers
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding service
* Set, monitor, and manage performance goals for individuals and the team
* Work closely with suppliers and technical specialists to create opportunities for growth
* Oversee sales administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
* Build strong customer relationships—handling queries directly and spotting opportunities to upsell across our product portfolio
* Drive quotation management by leading from the front and encouraging best practice
