What We’re Looking For Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards). Proven experience as a Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, or Senior Healthcare Assistant/Carer. Strong knowledge of care regulations, safeguarding, and CQC standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
