The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Medical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-established and growing team. This is an excellent role for a Solicitor looking to progress their career while working on complex, high-quality matters within a supportive and collegiate environment.
Key Responsibilities
\n- Managing medical negligence cases from initial instruction through to post-settlement
- Screening new enquiries and assessing prospects of success
- Reviewing medical records, preparing chronologies and gathering evidence
- Instructing counsel and medical experts
- Advising clients on funding options, risk and case strategy
- Supporting senior colleagues and providing cover where required
- Advising on related matters including complaints, inquests and access to medical records
- Delivering a sensitive and professional service to vulnerable clients, including elderly and disabled individuals

Abot You
\n- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Approximately 2+ years' PQE in Medical Negligence
- Demonstrates the ability to manage matters with a good level of autonomy
- Strong client care, communication and relationship-building skills
- Well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative team player who maintains high professional and ethical standards
