Location: Saunderton, near High Wycombe (LON15)
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000

Project Overview
New build data centre project with a large on-site workforce (circa 300 operatives). Fast-paced environment requiring strong coordination and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage electrical construction activities on site
* Oversee Health & Safety and ensure compliance
* Maintain high-quality standards across all works
* Lead short-term (look-ahead) planning
* Order and manage materials and plant
* Manage and coordinate subcontract packages
Requirements
* Proven experience in electrical construction management
* Experience on large-scale M&E or infrastructure projects
* Data centre experience preferred
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* High attention to detail and quality standards
* Must be able to drive to site
