Production Supervisor (Assembly)
Based in the Dungannon area, we are a well‑established heavy‑machinery manufacturing company seeking a Production Supervisor to manage a team of at least 7 technicians in a high‑volume assembly environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the assembly department, translating engineering plans into high‑quality finished products.
* Coordinate a team of technicians, managing build schedules and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.
* Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimise production schedules and minimise waste.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in a Production Supervisor or Team Leader role within a heavy industrial machinery environment.
* Strong technical mechanical knowledge and people‑management skills.
* Experience applying lean manufacturing techniques.
Benefits
* Salary £40,000 – £45,000, pension and healthcare.
* Early finish every Friday.
