The Role
We’re looking for a Deburrer to support production operations, ensuring components are finished to the required standard and ready for delivery. You’ll work closely with the production team to maintain quality, efficiency, and safety across all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Deburring, cleaning, and packing manufactured parts to standard
* Understanding and applying the required finish for each batch of components
* Conducting visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality and fit-for-purpose standards
* Supporting training and skill development as required
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment through routine housekeeping
* Always Adhering to Health and Safety policies
* Operating CNC machines when required
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Ability to maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and machinery
* Team-focused, proactive, and safety-conscious
* Flexible and able to support different areas of production as required
