Job Description
About the Therapist role;
* For this role it is essential that you have a Level 3 Beauty Therapy Diploma/ Massage Therapy or equivalent qualification.
* Guest focused with the ability to provide amazing customer service to all our guests and clients.
* To greet guests and clients in a professional manner and assist with enquires
* To take a pro-active approach, promoting the Salon and available treatments to guests and clients.
* To be pro-active on promoting retail sales.
* Ensure that treatments start and end on time with accordance to the salons daily schedule, and are delivered to the highest standard.
* To assist with reception duties, including taking bookings and the use of tills
* Ensuring that the quality of the salon surroundings and treatment rooms are kept to a professional standard
* To ensure that health and safety, and confidentiality is followed at all times.
Hours of work:
Full-time position
Working hours, covering 4 - 5 days per week.
Aphrodite is open 7 days a week, including weekend and bank holidays
Qualifications
* Level 3 Therapist Qualification required
