Tranquil Talent Group are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are a research company operating in the South Shields area.
Pay: £12.21-£12.40 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday between the hours of 9am and 8pm (4 day working week, 9.5hrs per day) (Possible overtime on Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to participants (e.g learners, parents, employers) to collect data via structures of semi-structured surveys).
Follow predefined scripts or questionnaires while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
Accurately record responses into databases, spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Flag incomplete or unclear responses for review or follow-up. Meet daily and weekly call targets.
Deal sensitively with respondents who may be disengaged, vulnerable, or in distress. Handle personal or sensitive data in line with GDPR and internal privacy policies.
Follow any required safeguarding procedures if disclosures are made.
